Estimator
Review various stages of project drawings to develop accurate projections of costs, including material, manpower and equipment. Identify cost saving opportunities, develop detailed scope reviews, identify and solicit subcontractor bidding requirements and negotiate contracts. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field. Five years or more of applicable experience is preferred.

Project Manager
Responsible for the supervision and administration of the business aspects of a construction project. This involves overseeing contract activity, communicating with the Owner and Architect, the submittals process and updating project schedules. Project Managers typically handle multiple projects. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field. Five years of applicable experience is preferred.

Superintendent
Oversee field operations to ensure that work is in compliance with contract documents and is on schedule. Superintendents also enforce safety and quality control policies. Qualifications include 5 years of experience in the construction of commercial, institutional, medical, multi-family and recreation projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact in a team environment are required.
